Shipping

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Here are our carriers:

  • Metropolitan France: Colissimo (2-4 days)

Shipping in Metropolitan France is free with Colissimo.

 

  • United Kingdom: Colissimo International Europe (5-6 days), 17€
  • Europe: Colissimo International Europe (3-5 days), 17€
  • Rest of the world: Colissimo International World (5-8 days), 40€

Depending on the delivery country and the chosen carrier, your order may be subject to customs fees.

Product Returns

You have 14 days to return an item if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt).

Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be repackaged in their original packaging. Otherwise, the refund will be refused.

If your order was delivered in Metropolitan France, contact lesroquettescontact@gmail.com to receive your Colissimo return slip.

If your order was delivered outside Metropolitan France: returns are at your expense.

However, you will need to complete the return form to indicate the items you wish to return and ship the package to the address provided.
