SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

Delivery

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Here are our carriers:

• Metropolitan France : Colissimo (2-4 days)  

Delivery in Metropolitan France is free with Colissimo.

• United Kingdom: Colissimo international Europe (5-6 days), €17
• Europe: Colissimo international Europe (3-5 days), €17
• Rest of the world: Colissimo international Monde (5-8 days), €30

Depending on the country of delivery and the carrier chosen, your order may be subject to customs fees.

Product returns

You have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you (on the date of receipt).

The items must not have been worn, damaged or repackaged in their original packaging. Otherwise, the refund will be refused.

If your order was delivered in France Métropolitaine contact lesroquettescontact@gmail.com to receive your colissimo return slip.

If your order has been delivered outside mainland France : returns remain your responsibility.

However, you will need to complete the returns form to indicate the items you wish to return and send the package to the address indicated.
